I've been follow your blog for a while now :) Good stuff.

Anyway my question is:

What about Multi Table Bankroll Management? Say if I play 5 Table NL10 or 10 Table NL10. Should my bankroll be $10 * 5 * 20 and $10 * 10 * 20? as oppose to 10*20=$200.

Cuz I've heard some people play 20 tables... Does that mean the whole bankroll is in play? I doubt it :P
